  • Payment Information: Transaction history and billing details processed securely through our payment processors.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

  • Provide, operate, and maintain the LuxAR portal and QR hosting services.

  • Process uploads, compress 3D assets, and generate fast-loading AR web experiences.

  • Track scan analytics and present insights in your creator dashboard.

  • Ensure security, prevent fraudulent activity, and moderate uploaded assets against community safety standards.

3. AR Content & Data Storage

When end-users scan a LuxAR QR code, 3D AR content is rendered directly via web-based AR (WebXR / QuickLook). We do not collect personal identifying information from casual scanners beyond anonymized scan telemetry and device compatibility metrics.

We do not sell your personal information. We may share data only with trusted infrastructure providers (cloud hosting, storage, and analytics) necessary to run our service under strict data protection agreements.
