These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the LuxAR platform, including our website, dynamic QR generation engine, AR rendering viewers, and administrative management portals.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account, accessing our portal, or generating QR codes on LuxAR, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you may not use our services.

2. User Accounts & Responsibilities

You must provide accurate and complete registration information. You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

3. Acceptable Use & Content Guidelines

LuxAR provides dynamic QR codes that link physical media to digital and 3D experiences. You agree NOT to upload, publish, or link to content that:

  • Violates intellectual property, copyright, trademark, or privacy rights of any third party.
  • Contains malware, phishing links, deceptive redirects, or exploits.
  • Contains unlawful, harmful, defamatory, obscene, harassing, or sexually explicit material.
  • Attempts to reverse engineer, disrupt, or overload our infrastructure.

We reserve the right to review, suspend, or terminate any QR code or account that violates these guidelines through our administrative moderation system.

4. Intellectual Property & License

You retain full ownership of all 3D models, textures, media, and branding you upload to LuxAR. By uploading content, you grant LuxAR a limited, non-exclusive license solely to process, optimize, host, and render your assets to end-scanners on your behalf.

5. Service Availability & Changes

We continuously optimize our AR streaming and QR redirection infrastructure. While we aim for 99.9% uptime, services are provided "as is" and "as available". We may modify, update, or discontinue features with reasonable notice.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, LuxAR shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use or inability to use the service.
